If the estimated delivery period has passed please LOG IN to your Wowcher account and use the button on the Delivery information page, or use the merchant contact details at the bottom of your Wowcher get in touch with the merchant supplying the item directly. Please make sure to include your full name, email address, Wowcher code or any further information when contacting merchant directly.
